Does acetone really work to remove acrylic nails?

soak nails and scrape off the layers of acetone with an orange wood stick. Very effective way to remove acrylic or gel nails.Does acetone really work to remove acrylic nails?
I have been applying my own acrylic nails for years...Like everyone has said, it works but it does take time and patience. Do not rip off the acrylic nails, because you will take a layer/layers of nail with it.n The length of time will depend on how long the acrylic/glue has been on your nails and how much they've been exposed to water etc. It could take a couple of minutes or more like 15 mins. each.Does acetone really work to remove acrylic nails?
yes but it takes a bit of time.
Yes, I had Fake nails and it said to remove them soak in Acetone. I did and they got rubbery and came off! But it takes some time.
