What to do about damage from acrylic nails?

I got acrylic nails put on over a month ago and recently had them removed, now my real nails have creases in them and are cracking on the sides, as seen in the picture below.

The nails that cracked at the corners can't be clipped because the damage is so far up. Is there anything I can do to make my nails healthier and stronger? What to do about damage from acrylic nails?
honestly, thats the one disadvantage to acrylic nails.

You just have to grow them out.

besides getting your extra calcium in...

you might want to use a nail strenthener that you can buy at any drug store.

try Sally Hansen Nail Protex, its just like normal clear nail polish.

depending on your nail growth, within 2 months you should see great results. What to do about damage from acrylic nails?
There really isn't much to do until your nail grows out. They do have nail strengthener that you can buy that may help slightly, but it will be back to normal when your nail has completely grown out in a couple of months depending on how fast your nails grow.

If you're uncomfortable with it, then put some polish on it but before to buff out your nails first so that the line doesn't show up.
