How long do you have to soak acrylic nails in acetone before they come off?

A long time. Do not pry the nails off with a cuticle stick as someone suggested! All that is going to do is damage your natural nail. Soak it for a while, then when you see it dissolving, buff your nails. then soak some more, and continue buffing. do this until all the acrylic nail has been dissolved and buffed away. Then, polish your nails with a good strengthening polish. How long do you have to soak acrylic nails in acetone before they come off?
AT LEAST a half hour. They're very annoying to remove. How long do you have to soak acrylic nails in acetone before they come off?
A long time. Plan on watching a movie while you soak. Have patience.
I found that it takes awhile- up to 15 minutes.

The method that worked best for me was to soak my hand for five or ten minutes and then use a cuticle stick to gently pry the acrylic nail off. It takes some patience.
