My acrylic nails broke and now my nail is bleeding and sore and below where the nail should be?

Is this a problem with them? Should I get them again? It hurts like crazy. HELP PLEASEMy acrylic nails broke and now my nail is bleeding and sore and below where the nail should be?
The acrylic nail glue can sometime strip layers of healthy nails away and in your case, pull part of the nail off. All you can do right now is put some medicine on it and a band-aid and wait about a week until it doesn't hurt anymore. If you want to get them again, you know the risks, but nails can be pretty painted with a cute shade of pink!My acrylic nails broke and now my nail is bleeding and sore and below where the nail should be?
Don't know what the time frame on this is, but apply ICE for a lengthy period to get the soreness and swelling down... Keep ice on it for lengthy periods..

It's going to obviously take time for it to heal, but do consult your nail salon people and don't be in a hurry to get a new ';nail'; put back on until you're completely free of pain, and redness... Better to go without a nail for a ';bit'; than to have a new one and have more irritation from the gels, etc..

Good luck.

yeah it hurts when that happens. like the 1st one said it does strip your nail. that's why after a few times being done a Professional place would tell you to take a break from them for a month to toughen your own nail again. i think if it hurst leave it for a while as putting more might make it more sore spesh if its broken deep passed your nail into your flesh.
